WisdomWomen experiments with innovative ways of being in community that are of service to a new world vision. For our fourth annual gathering, we will practice an emergent process of discovery in a mixed gender, intergenerational and cross-cultural group. Through themed group explorations, rituals, and movement practices, we will engage the paradigms and archetypes that have long withheld our true selves, and our world, from blossoming into fullness.
Over the past several years, WisdomWomen has created a safe space for women to grieve, dream, explore emergence, experiment with collaboration, tend to conflicts and heal through relationships. We have done this all in service to creating a more beautiful world. Now it is time to open and expand.
For the first time, we invite men to join us for a deep dive into the unknown—to hold space for the feminine, and to be held by it—as we move towards the next evolutionary stage of collaboration.
Together we will explore how we can live into a new story, cultivate generative relationships and build true community.
We invite grounded, curious and creative people who are interested in or are already living and working in new ways, and who are interested in exploring questions like:
- How can we create communal spaces of trust and belonging?
- How do we as men and women awaken into true partnerships?
- How can intimate relationships be part of the greater healing happening on the planet?
- How can we be supported financially without surrendering to a growth-oriented mentality?
- What is the relationship between sovereignty and community?
- How can we be in a deeper relationship to the Earth?
While balancing emergence and structure, we will meet both in co-ed groups, and separately as men and women. We will explore how to honor and remember our own lineages, while co-creating a new and evolutionary culture together.
**Note: We are aware that the language and structure of our cross-gender space is rather binary. We intend to intentionally create a more inclusive space for people of all gender identities to lead us in this evolutionary conversation as we grow and expand.**
In the weeks leading up to the gathering, stewards from this community will host introductory calls and conversations to introduce and integrate participants. During and beyond the gathering, we will explore opportunities to continue cultivating community.
WisdomWomen invites participants into this gathering through an application process to ensure a diverse and co-creative experience. Your application will be reviewed within 14 days of submission. Once you have been accepted, you will receive confirmation and the code for registration.

Our Convener & Stewards
A group of stewards who are part of the WisdomWomen community – and a Men’s Council that is forming – will support the co-creation of this gathering. The role of stewards is to ensure every participant is a co-author of the experience.
Michelle Stransky, Founder of WisdomWomen, believes that it is time for women to bring their deep wisdom forward into co-creating the life-affirming world we know is possible. Michelle was the conference director at Wisdom 2.0, where she played an intimate role in birthing an international movement around the intersections of wisdom, business and technology. A former management consultant and executive coach, she is now committed to using her gifts and skills to bring the vision of a new paradigm into form. Michelle is a convener, producer and collaborator. One of her greatest joys is in being a connector and so it is a great honor for her to be a weaver of the WisdomWomen web.
